Shipping Policy

At PawNest, this shipping policy applies to all products sold through our store.

1. Shipping Destinations

We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, and Vietnam. Available delivery options are displayed at checkout.

2. Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is free on all orders to these destinations. No minimum purchase is required.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Our processing days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays. The daily order cutoff is 2:00 PM, Los Angeles time (Pacific Time).

Orders placed after the cutoff, on Sundays, or on public holidays begin processing on the next processing day.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, estimated transit time is 3–7 business days. Delivery days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Total estimated delivery time, including order processing, is 4–9 business days for all three shipping destinations.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs clearance, carrier disruptions, severe weather, or public holidays may cause delays.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will email your shipment confirmation and tracking information. Tracking updates may take time to appear on the carrier’s website.

6. Delayed, Missing, or Damaged Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, or your tracking shows delivery but you have not received it, email us with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and help resolve the issue.

If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, contact us and include photos where possible. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Shipping Address Changes

Please check your delivery address before completing your purchase. If you need to correct it, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch.
